We work with allied health professionals and various support networks, which can help you get accommodation supported by your NDIS plan. Caloundra House can work to complement your existing supports to ensure you get the most appropriate help for you, with minimal adverse impact on your daily life as possible.
We know how important immediate accommodation can be. It can be scary not having a place to call home. Caloundra House through our facilitation of urgent accommodation supported by the NDIS, can give you a safe environment to call home. The community we have created on the Sunshine Coast is made up of our caring and friendly staff, all willing to assist you through your NDIS supported journey.
At Caloundra House, we want you to live the best life possible, away from stigma surrounding mental health problems and unhelpful influences. Our ability to provide NDIS accommodation will allow us to support you towards your full potential. Our assisted living facility provides three home cooked meals a day, safe and clean-living environments and promotes you to live independently while receiving the care you need.
We have new dedicated rooms, with an ocean view or even a private garden. In partnership with Supported Care, we can bring you our dedicated short term (STA), medium term (MTA) or longer-term accommodation.
We provide the flexibility you want while providing the expert care and safe housing you need through NDIS accommodation. We work with many other health services, including GPs, podiatrists and psychologists to facilitate the highest quality care for your needs.
Even without access to NDIS support, we may be able to facilitate your accommodation needs, or work with providers on arranging support for your other needs.
